David Cunningham
David is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and has co-founded six companies in the fields of medical devices,
biotechnology, genomics and software. Five were privately funded, one was VC funded.
Lawrence Softray Corporation, developer of a treatment for prostate cancer, was sold to 3M.
Genetic Technologies, holding a suite of genome patents, is listed on the Australian stock
exchange. He has also operated The Alternative Board®, TAB providing business coaching
services to 40 local companies.
Currently David is the President of the Damer Group LLC a consulting firm with an emphasis
on sales, sales management, and business development.
David has a degree in Chemistry and experience in FDA, EPA, NRC, and OSHA regulatory
processes and patent applications.

Rick Dunagan
Rick has over 25 years experience working in the global manufacturing industry. He has
worked closely throughout the automotive industry in North America, Europe, Asia and South
America. Dunagan has worked for companies in the Federal Sector (ERP, logistics and MRO),
global Tier I and OEM automotive, high tech, R&D, intellectual property development and
other industries. He has been the Executive Director – Sales, Global Strategic Marketing
& New Business Development for General Motors Corporation and the CEO for Sturman Industries
a family owned high-technology development company.
Currently Rick is a Partner in CSC’s Strategic Services Group in Falls church, Virginia.
Rick holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota and a BS in Marketing from
the University of Nebraska.

Eben Johnson
Eben has 25+ years experience in the automotive and light truck industry. He has been
the Director of Global Sales and Marketing for Vairex International a company that develops
air handling systems for fuel cells, Vice President Sales & Marketing for Raybestos Inc,
and the Director of Light-Duty Automotive Markets for Cummins Inc. He has strong record
of leadership and simultaneously driving quality and cost reductions. He has received
numerous awards for his work including the 2009 Best of Boulder award for excellence in
sales and marketing, the UTC award for Best-In-Class and has received the commendation
from Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Committee – Excellence in Operations and Procurement
Currently Eben is the CEO of Thomas Engine Company in Boulder, CO a company developing
revolutionary engine technology.
Eben holds an MBA with focus on Product Development and Renewable Energy from the
Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Davis; has a BS in
Industrial Management from the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie
Mellon and has three year curriculum towards a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the
University of California, Davis. He is currently a member of SAE, NAPM-ISM, APICS, PDMA,
and AMA

Mike Miller
Mike Miller has 30 years of experience in leading multi-nationals such as BP, Castrol,
PepsiCo and Ford. In 2007 he took up the challenge of growing an integrated
alternative-energy company, Blue Sun Biodiesel, serving as its President and Chief
Operating Officer.
Mike spent the previous decade, in Europe and Asia, leading large, cross-functional
petroleum teams in complex cultures and demanding environments. As the first American
appointed to an overseas CEO spot by Burmah Castrol plc, his strong executive leadership
was recognized in two of their Annual Reports while in Malaysia and managing through the
Asian Financial Crisis. He was Chairman of a large Malaysian lubricant joint venture for
six years, serves on several Boards, and is an adjunct professor with the University of
Colorado’s Global Energy Management program where he teaches a renewable energy course he
created. He blends strategic thinking with operating experience to help companies scale
energy technologies and build market leadership
Mike holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School and has a B.S. in Business
Administration from Northeastern University, where he graduated with Highest Honors.
