Guy Babbitt Ph.D. - President&CEO
Guy has 25 years of experience in automotive and hydraulics technology research and
development. He has held technical leadership positions for Sturman Industries, a
high-technology research and development firm, has been the Engineering Director for
Solix Biofuels, a Lecturer for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an independent
consultant in the automotive industry and was part of the launch team for the first
Saturn vehicles. He is an inventor on patent applications in the areas of pump controls,
variable valve actuation, photobioreactors, photobioreactor controls and hybrid vehicles,
and has authored multiple technical papers in these topics. He has received industry
and business awards including “The Global Powertrain Excellence Award” for his Ph.D.
research and most recently the Northern Colorado Business Reports !Bravo Emerging
Entrepreneur award for 2010.
Guy is the President/CEO for Czero.
Guy has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Vermont. Additionally he spent a semester in Berlin, Germany doing graduate
studies at the Technical University of Berlin.

Chris Turner- Vice President of Engineering
Chris has over 15 years of experience in automotive and hydraulics technology research
and development and is recognized as an industry expert in his area of expertise. Chris
has overseen the design and development of 10 different hydro-mechanical valvetrain systems
delivered to automotive OEM’s and researchers on three continents.
Chris is an inventor on patent applications in the areas of variable valve actuation,
photobioreactor design and operation, and hybrid vehicles, and has authored multiple
technical papers in these topics. He has won national and international awards from the
Society of Automotive Engineers for his work in robotics while studying at the Colorado
State University.
Chris is the Vice President of Engineering for Czero.
Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering, and has also studied at The University of Houston.
